Spread the love

This game was fantastic when my daughter was learning number and letter recognition. She thought it was just the bees knees that she was told to smack things when we were in the midst of teaching her NOT to. This also works great to enforce hand-eye coordination.

Materials Needed:

Foam Numbers and Letters

Fly Swatter

Dry Erase Dice and dry erase markers

Directions:

Write a letter or number on each side of the die with the dry erase marker.

Scatter the numbers or letters on the floor.

Roll the die and instruct your child to smack the number or letter with the fly swatter that matches the die. Reinforce which number or letter it is, and what sound the letter makes. Encourage them to tell you what the letter or number is, also.

I hope your child will love this game just as much as mine did!
